Help us make it easier for more women to enjoy feeling strong and comfortable in heels. In our eyes, every woman deserves to feel that confidence, every day.

This club is invitation-only. We believe strong, empowered women like yourself can lift others up - in heels! Thank you for making this a reality.

HOW DO WE DO THAT?

We designed several activities which will bring us closer to our goal.

Each completed activity brings you rewards you accumulate and can later use on your next purchase with us.

The combined value of all completed activities is SEK 1700!

THE ACTIVITIES

1. Join our Facebook group - value SEK 75.
(When you join the group, specify that you are a club member.)

2. Write an honest review about roccamore on Trustpilot - value SEK 100.
(Take a screenshot and send it to shoelovers.sweden@roccamore.com)

3. Create a LinkedIn post with a story or a review about roccamore, with a picture of the shoes and/or tagging our founder Frederikke Antoine Schmidt, and get at least 20 likes - value SEK 175.

4. Talk about roccamore in a Facebook post on your profile, tag roccamore and/or one friend, and get at least 10 comments - value SEK 175.

5. Make a post on your Instagram account with the shoes, tag @roccamore_shoes and get at least 20 likes - value SEK 175.

6. You received a unique code, which you can share with as many friends as you want - as long as they have not shopped with us before. They will receive SEK 400 off on their very first pair of roccamores, when they add it at check-out! Inspire 3 friends to purchase using your code, and you will get SEK 1000 in reward!

Q: What do I need to do to earn rewards?

Q: Until when is my unique code valid?

A: Your friends can shop with your code until the 30th of September 2020.

Q: Until when do I have time to complete activities?

A: You have until the 30th of September 2020.

Q: When will I receive my rewards?

A: We will be sending out all rewards via e-mail on the 14th of October 2020.

Q: Where and when can I use my rewards?

A: Your rewards are valid until 31st of December 2020, are only valid only for shopping on www.roccamore.se 

Q: Can I split my rewards for multiple purchases?

A: No, unfortunately - your rewards will arrive in the form of a personal discount code, which can be used on one order.

Q: Will I still get the discount if they don't make an order?

A: No, because the idea is to share the wonderful comfort of roccamore with other women who will benefit from it in their daily life.

Q: Why do I need to wait 14 days to have my discount?

A: We want to make things fair, for all of our roccamore referrals, and for ourselves. This is why we needed to set some rules - if your friend does not return her shoes in 14 days, it is a successful mission!

Q: Can I combine the code with other discounts?

A: Every order you make on our website can only have one discount code applied, so no, our system does not allow multiple discount codes on the same order.

Q: How will you know my friend has never shopped with roccamore before?

A: They will need to create a profile and log-in to use their discount, and this is how our system will know they are here for the first time.

Q: Is the discount valid for all products?

A: The discount code can't be used for shoes for pre-order, special campaigns and our ballerinas. This is our standard rule for those products - no other discounts can be applied for them either.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

This program is only for existing roccamore customers, and their friends who are new customers. You will get a unique link, which you can share with as many friends as you want - as long as they have not shopped with us before. They will receive DKK300 in discount on their very first pair of roccamores. And so will you, if they don't return their shoes in the 30 day return period.

Q: What do I need to do to earn rewards?

A: It's very simple - you need to invite your friends, who have never shopped with us, with your personal code, and they need to place an order and not return it for 30 days.

Q: Does the rewards apply to both online and store?

A: The rewards is only valid for online orders!

Q: Will I still get the discount if they don't make an order?

A: No, because the idea is to share the wonderful comfort of roccamore with other women who will benefit from it in their daily life.

Q: If I refer 3 friends and they all purchase a pair, does that mean I can have DKK900 off my purchase?

A: Unfortunately no, the discounts do not accumulate into one. So for every friend that buys roccamore heels with your link you will get a DKK300 discount on a single order. You will, however, have the different codes available to you as a list.

Q: Why do I need to wait 30 days to have my discount?

A: We want to make things fair, for all of our roccamore referrals, and for ourselves. This is why we needed to set some rules - our return period is 30 days, if your friend does not return her shoes, it is a successful referral mission!

Q: Can I combine the code with other discounts?

Q: What happens when my friend completes the order?

A: You will receive an e-mail notification, informing you that they have made a purchase. 30 days later, if they have not returned their shoes, you will receive a confirmation e-mail about your discount.

Q: Is the discount valid for all products?

A: The discount code can't be used for shoes for pre-order, special campaigns, Salon 42 and Salon 35, and our ballerinas. This is our standard rule for those products - no other discounts can be applied for them either.

Q: Who can become a roccamore ambassador and be part of the referral program?

A: If you have at least one past purchase with us and accepted marketing in the check-out process, you will receive an automatic invitation. If you have just made your first order with roccamore, you will be invited to join at the end of check-out.

Q: I have been your customer, but did not get my invitation! What should I do?

A: Get in touch with us and we will take a look at it for you.
