Your membership level depends on how many points you’ve earned within the past 12 months:
You move between levels based on how many points you earn – not how many you currently have. This means you won’t be downgraded for using your points.
As a rule, you remain at your level for 12 months from the day you reach it – unless you qualify for a higher level in the meantime.
Your points are valid for 12 months from your most recent purchase or the day they are approved. The purchase date determines the expiration date. Points from other activities also expire if more than 12 months have passed since your last purchase.
You will receive a reminder email 30 days before your points expire, so you don’t lose them.

Yes! We want to treat you, therefore we automatically add points for all non refunded purchases the previous 30 days from the date you create your shoelover account.
If you already have a roccamore account, your purchases in the previous 30 days are already included in your approved points.
Nope! We’re delighted to have you as a part of our shoelover community so collect as many as you can. We’re also looking into other ways to collect points in the future, so stay tuned!
Almost! The only shoes that do not qualify for points are those purchased at the sample sales.
Once you have purchased an item in a roccamore store or online, you will receive an email with a link to review the product. This email will arrive within a week of purchase. Check your spam filter if you can't find it.
You must login to the shoelovers club with your email to have the points registered. If you are not yet a member of our shoelovers club you can join at www.roccamore.eu/shoelovers-club
No, after 1/1 2024 you cannot earn points for reviewing preloved shoes.
You can only review shoes you buy in roccamore stores or online with us.
Once you have purchased an item in a roccamore store or online, you will receive an email with a link to review the product. This email will arrive within a week of purchase. Check your spam filter if you can't find it.
Please note that the shoe may be sold out and therefore no longer visible. It is not possible to leave reviews for models that are no longer on the website.
Remember to log in to shoelovers club with your email to register the points for the review.
When you purchase items we calculate:
1 SEK spend = 1 point earned

Due to different currencies, the value of a point varies on our respective webshops.
Your points are valid for 12 months from your last purchase or the day the points are approved.
It is your last purchase date that determines when your points expire.
Points earned from other activities also expire when more than 12 months have passed since your last purchase.
It would be a shame to lose your points, so we'll send you a reminder email 30 days before the expiration date to make sure you don't miss out.
On www.roccamore.se/shoelovers-club you can choose the exact amount of points you wish to redeem in the checkout via the point slider. Use them all or only use some, it’s totally up to you!
