Roccamore repair service

We focus on durable materials, good craftsmanship and high quality, so that our shoes can last for many years. But, cobblestones and uneven sidewalks and fun parties can take an unfortunate toll on your shoes and their heels.

That is why we have created the roccamore repair service, where you can buy repairs to your shoes with your shoelovers club points. The shoes are repaired by our skilled local shoemaker Søren .

The process takes about a week.

TERMS FOR THE SERVICE

Roccamore repair service can be ordered when you are logged in to your shoelovers club account.

One roccamore repair service covers one repair or repair of the same damage to both shoes in a pair. This could be heel tips on both shoes in a pair.

Roccamore offers to repair your roccamore shoes purchased after 1 January 2022 at www.roccamore.eu or in one of our roccamore stores.

You must be able to show a receipt or order number for the purchase of the shoe.

BOOK REPAIR

Roccamore repair service includes

✔️ Scratches on the leather, the heel or the rest of the shoe (except metallic leather, lacquer, pony hair and glitter.)
✔️ Spliced material on the heel (except metallic leather, glitter, pony hair or lacquer.)
✔️ Gluing the outsole.
✔️ Broken elastic on the buckle.
✔️ Heel tip.

Roccamore repair service does not include

✖️ Scratches on metallic leather, lacquer, pony hair and glitter.
✖️ Cracks in materials.
✖️ Missing material.
✖️ Replacement of the entire zipper on the shoes.
✖️ Torn or broken stitching on the inside.
✖️ Replacement of the entire heel.
✖️ Stains or marks from, for example, the sole.
✖️ Toe bump.
✖️ Shortening of heels.
✖️ We reserve the right for missing components, out of production.

How to order a repair

1. REDEEM POINTS

Roccamore repair service can be ordered when you are logged into your shoelovers club account. A repair costs 5,000 points.

2. DESCRIBE THE DAMAGE

Complete the form on our website. This form MUST be included in the shipment.

COMPLETE FORM

3. SHIP YOUR SHOES

Once we have approved your case, we will send you the delivery address and you can send the shoes to us.
Your shoes MUST be sent in a box, they can be sent back in again. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.

4. YOUR SHOES ARE DONE

After 1-2 weeks, your newly repaired shoes will be returned to you - almost as good as new! We will pay the shipping for this shipment.

WRAPPING YOUR SHOES

We always pack our shoes safely and securely so that they reach you in perfect condition. It is therefore also important that you pack your shoes securely when they are to be sent to the shoemaker so that they are not damaged during transport.

How to pack your shoes:

If you still have the original shoe box and packaging, you can use this to send the shoes in. If you do not have the original packaging for the shoes or another shoe box that can be used, we recommend that you pack the shoes separately for shipping.
Here you can put the shoes in separate fabric bags so that there is no friction during shipping.

The shoemaker is responsible for ensuring that the shoes are packed properly when they are sent back to you after the repair.
