She works with global clients and strategic media solutions, and over the years she has helped connect data, people, and business in an international environment, with a particular focus on the Nordics and Germany. Beyond her strong professional profile, Elmira is also a dedicated and caring mother – the side of her we at Roccamore know her best for. She is an inspiring person who balances her work and family life with calm and strength. With a multicultural background, she has faced challenges along the way, but this has given her a unique perspective and clarity in the way she stands strong in herself - with the motto: failure is not an option as a natural part of her approach.
